Delete Your Account

Effective Date: March 15, 2026

You can delete your Backgammon - Online & Offline account at any time. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data is affected.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Backgammon - Online & Offline app on your device.
Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) on the home screen.
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Data Type	Action
Account profile (name, email, photo)	Permanently deleted
Game history and statistics	Permanently deleted
Rating and ranking data	Permanently deleted
Friends list	Permanently deleted
Active game sessions	Permanently deleted

Data Retention

After account deletion:

Your data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
Data already processed by third-party services (Google Analytics, AdMob) is subject to their respective retention policies.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@backgammononlineandoffline.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.
